Rules:
- Each pair can only play one ladder game per evening.
- You can challenge anyone up to two places above where you are placed.
- You can't play the same pair two weeks running.
- If you win your game you will swap places with the pair you challenged.
- If you don't turn up for three weeks running you will move down a rung on the ladder, and so on for subsequent weeks.
